Registering Canine and Feline Pets
To be included in emailed documentation packet:
The following must be included to qualify for the Registry unless a specific exemption is granted
Letter of Application stating date of birth, gender, as well as date and circumstances of acquisition of pet.
Veterinary letter stating verification of Purebred
or recognized Designer Breed status.
Three photos of applicant pet to include: headshot view, body profile view and gender identifying view.
Identification of both Dam and Sire
Where available, the number in birth litter and number in birth order.
Name of original owner if applicable.
Certificate of Pedigree identifying bloodline.
All documentation, unless you have been granted a waiver or exemption, must accompany the letter of application.
Failure to provide or properly complete documentation may result in denial or delay of your Registry Certificate.
